If you contact Andrey by phone, text, WhatsApp or email, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, the content of your inquiry and related communication information. Please do not send a SIN, account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive documents through the website form.

When you submit the Quick Question form, the information is sent securely through a Cloudflare Worker to the authorized inboxes used to receive and respond to inquiries. The website does not maintain a separate lead database.

How we use information

• To understand and respond to your inquiry.
• To arrange a call or discuss possible next steps.
• To provide mortgage services if you choose to proceed.
• To meet legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, security and fraud-prevention requirements.

The hosting and security provider may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. Links to WhatsApp and email services are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices.
